Vacuum System
The vacuum set is a combination of a Roots Pump and a Water-ring Pump, equipped with ABB motors on both pumps. The Roots pump model No. is ZJ-70, power: 1.5KW, equipped with ABB VFD; The Water-ring pump model No. is 2SK-3, power: 7.5KW, equipped with ABB VFD. Spec of vacuum set: 9KW, pumping speed: 250m3/h, ultimate pressure: 370Pa(3.7mbar). It is a complete vacuum system including connection pipes/valves/instrument, a skid and an automatic control cabinet. The vacuum set is coupled with the vacuum degree controlling device, and the vacuum degree of the vacuum set can be adjustable from 10 mbar to 150 mbar. The control box is made of SS304, with electric components from SCHNEIDER brand and with remote control. The MOC of the vacuum pumps is carbon steel, with anti-rust painting. And the color of the painting can be selected by our customer if available.
